These terms govern your use of UniversiTube. By using the site you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

1. The service

UniversiTube distills videos into summaries and lets you connect your YouTube account to browse your Liked videos and Subscriptions and queue them for analysis. Features, limits, and pricing may change over time.

2. Accounts and billing

You're responsible for your account and for keeping your login secure. Paid plans are billed through our payment processor; usage limits apply per plan. You can manage or cancel your plan from your account.

3. Connecting YouTube

Connecting Google is optional and uses a read-only scope. We only read your Liked videos and Subscriptions to show them to you, and we never modify your YouTube account. You can revoke access anytime at your Google account permissions. Your use of YouTube is also governed by the YouTube Terms of Service.

4. Acceptable use

Don't use the service to break the law or infringe others' rights.
Don't abuse, overload, scrape, or attempt to disrupt the service.
Don't use it to redistribute others' content in violation of their rights.

5. The public archive

Distilled analyses you generate may appear in our public, searchable archive of analyzed videos. These are summaries of publicly available videos and don't include your account details or your private YouTube library.

6. Intellectual property

UniversiTube and its branding belong to us. Videos and their content belong to their respective owners; we summarize publicly available material and link back to the source.

7. Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is," without warranties. Summaries are generated automatically and may be incomplete or inaccurate — verify anything important against the original video.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, UniversiTube is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
